Commissions
The artist is not currently taking commissions (custom portraits)
Order Process & Delivery
Orders can take up to 2 business days to dispatch. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. For NZ orders this email will include a tracking link. Print orders are now handled by a trusted partner. From there, delivery times is as follows:
New Zealand - orders are tracked and shipped by courier and take up to 3 working days, They are dispatched usually overnight for Auckland and surrounding areas.
Australia - orders are shipped by International Air Mail and take up to 10 working days.
United States, United Kingdom and Rest of the World - orders are shipped by international Air Mail and take up to 3 weeks to deliver.
Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout. These prices include protective packaging and are carefully kept as low and accurate as possible.
Changes to Art Prints
Previously, some prints were limited edition and hand signed. As we have now changed to a trusted partner to process orders, prints are no longer hand signed. However, those that were limited edition still remains and the prints sold are carefully recorded until the particular edition has sold out. To previous customers who own a signed print, this means the edition you have has now increased in value.
Because of this change, our art prints are now more accessible, affordable and faster to deliver.
Refunds and Lost or Damaged Parcels
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' so please consider your purchase carefully. This is also the case for delayed parcels due to postal services.
The artist is also not liable for lost or damaged goods due to postal services. However, please contact us if you have an issue to see if we can assist, as all inquiries will be considered on an individual basis.
Business Details
'Samy K Artist' was formerly known as 'Miss Hauora'. The change to drop this alias and start using her original name began in August 2022, when she returned and rebranded her small business. This company is proudly Māori owned.
The artist is a registered sole trader in New Zealand and is currently unregistered (by NZ law) for GST.

Some original artworks may be available to purchase. Please contact the artist directly to inquire, please include which work you are interested in as some have already been sold or are held in a private collection.
